Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for someone who can successfully handle the contingent resources of an approved headcount / in certain approval stage positions through the engagement of Authorized Resource Providers (ARPs) to provide suitable candidates!
The candidate should act as single point of contact between the hiring manager and suppliers to offer a superlative service.
This person will provide information to the business on their use of contractors and spend!
What you will do :
Contact line managers to discuss specifics of their requirements for contractor resources.
Advertise roles to suppliers based on information received from the line manager. Receive CVs, logs them and passes onto line manager for review, after compliance check is done.
Manage resourcing process to ensure preferred suppliers are utilized and all contractors are engaged through the External Workforce Management process.
Contribute to operational governance of suppliers to ensure processes are adhered to and performance of suppliers is supervised and improved if vital.
Run monthly reports from the vendor management system and take action as needed.
Analyze reports and provide statistics to stakeholders and management (e.g., number or handled resources, engagement rates, monthly spend per supplier, etc.).
Solve business challenges by partnering with our internal departments, internal partner organizations (HR partners, Sourcing, Legal, department leadership, etc.
and suppliers to proactively develop solutions.
Engage business functions to ensure external workforce strategies and initiatives are supported and executed effectively.
Offer support to XRM deployment activities. (e.g., country pre-qualification, user acceptance testing, end-user mentorship, etc.)
You will bring :
Ability to demonstrate and articulate understanding of key workforce management concepts as related to forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring and performance improvement.
Strong quantitative / analytical skills.
Good interpersonal, written, verbal and listening skills.
