Job Description :

  • Responsible for the monthly payroll calculations;
  • Coordinating and collecting all required inputs to payroll;
  • Ensuring the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations;
  • Working time and attendance administration;
  • Supporting to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations;
  • Act as a contact point between the employee and the company on various HR related matters;
  • Analyzing and improving HR processes.

    Requirements :

  • University degree;
  • 3 5 years of experience in a similar position in production;
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with HR / Payroll applications like TrueHR;
  • Ability to manage data in large numbers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
