The Product Manager would be responsible for managing the delivery of products and process changes at Hire Digital. The role will also involve the necessary business development and product marketing initiatives to support user adoption and growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
Plan, manage, execute, analyze, and iterate on product development initiatives.
Research and analyze market trends and regulations in the staffing industry, needs of its market players, and develop product specifications to meet user needs and drive product growth.
Execute and maintain project management sprints, and determine metrics for ensuring the effectiveness of our products.
Communicate and collaborate extensively with development, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate product release timelines.
Implement, manage, and monitor business development, marketing, and user support initiatives and its impact on product adoption.
Leverage applications to analyze the user experience and product performance.
Develop and iterate on internal processes, and ensure its adoption by the relevant teams to support growth.
Qualifications and Skills
A sustained track record of outperformance in previous roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to grasp complex concepts fast, and use tools or frameworks to resolve problems methodically.
Meticulous, organized, and able to communicate effectively.
Ability to strategize, pitch, and deliver on product and growth plans.
Skilled in developing strong client relationships and in resolving issues efficiently.
