Your day-to-day

  • Monitors the quality of the services provided by the Operational Leasing Company, for a good experience in using the cars.
  • Maintain direct communication with the representatives of the Operational Leasing Company in logistics coordination and ensuring contractual services;
  • Periodically check the aspects related to the car policy and keep records for all processes (fuel consumption, use of individual cars and pool cars, allocation of fuel cards, ITP, revisions, insurances, damage files, etc.);
  • Management of the parking use, according to the rules, by ING employees and visitors;
  • Monitors the process of printing and distributing written notices sent to ING clients, maintaining good communication between the supplier and the beneficiary departments;
  • Ensures and maintains a working environment according to ING procedures, physically at the premises of the supplier that carries out the activity, but also electronically for all the tools used in the bulk printing process;
  • Design, implement and maintain Facility Procedures, annual Roadmap and Capacity Plan;
  • Perform gap assessments and risk assessments for the processes from own area of responsibility (Management of Service Providers Department), including risk mitigation, monitoring, and reporting related to (new) global policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Active involvement in the monitoring of compliance with the Facility Procedures and support management in the development of remediation plans (if case);
  • Managing ad hoc requests from business for advice / assistance regarding their compliance with Facility Procedures;
  • Enhance close cooperation with all business lines / record owners following internal and global procedures;
  • Present to the relevant committees the outcome of the monitoring the compliance with Facility Procedure;
  • Prepare reporting, training materials and communications for various key stakeholders / employees;
  • Ensure the timely and proper documentation of risks and controls
  • Continuous focus on efficiencies, highlight opportunities and suggest improvements.
  • What you bring to the team ?

  • You are a great communicator being able to transmit in a clear way the why , what and when and know how to generate inspiring communiques, presentations / reports in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written;
  • You can adapt quickly to a changing environment, juggle competing priorities and combine a sense of urgency with due care and attention to details and synthesis capacity;
  • you are a hands-on type of person;
  • You get personal satisfaction from analyzing problems, delivering solutions, and always looking for opportunities to improve the business processes;
  • Research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources, including people, applying a practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work
  • You take initiative pro-actively picking up tasks;
  • You are organized and can provide structure and maintain focus on the full picture;
  • You have at least a Bachelor level of education;
  • Previous experience in process designing, strong analytical judgment and expertise in Project Management field is a plus;
  • Driving license - B category, it is a must.
