Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of :

Coordinating efforts with the Customer and Service Management organizations to identify and resolve billing issues that impact the financial management of the account (, aging, credits, etc.).

Reviewing customer contracts as per request to ensure compliance for all billing and financial related activities and financial service level agreements.

Monitoring billing flows to ensure Customer’s Services are installed and integrated to the appropriate billing platforms.

Overseeing last invoice reviews for newly disconnected services to confirm disconnected on time

Managing special contract reporting, inventory requests, weekly customer calls on Accounts Receivable and Billing issues, supervise revenue tagging.

Responding to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate.

Responding to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested format.

Performing follow up on incidents with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identifying root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Assisting with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement.

Completing and resolve non-call customer contact requests received by email.

Completing outbound customer contacts to resolve or follow up on customer issues.
