Project Manager Marketing Operations The Project Manager Marketing Operations supports the EMEA Marketing organization in achieving its business goals. Position operates across all of the EMEA and JAPAC countries.
SCOPE: • Manages and supports planning, implementation and execution of various campaigns activity including but not limited to sales enablement, in person events and direct mails by monitoring demand generation, analysing, reporting on activities
• Report to the Manager for EMEA Digital Campaign Services
• Meets with various internal groups to understand objectives and supports project management of central deliverables to support the field and central digital teams’ execution
• Liaises with other EMEA wide teams; Business Development, Mktg Operations, Digital Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing functions and External Agencies
• Project management of large marketing campaigns
• Ensure follow up and on-time delivery of campaigns in collaboration with PMOs, Digital Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams and Sales Business Development
• Assist in the monitoring of the overall campaign execution and performance
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve speed of execution or potential risks to the business
• Responsible for delivery of all aspects of a multiple big concurrent campaigns on-time and on-budget
• Anticipate issues and keep project team on-track at all times
• Maps and analyses processes and produces suitable documentation
• Job duties are varied and can be complex utilizing independent judgment
• Create detailed timelines for the entire project REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred. Ideally, some knowledge/experience in working with a marketing organisation
• Very good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel incl pivot tables, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record. Formal project management certification (Agile, PMP, Prince2 etc.) is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to Senior director level
• Very well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good attention to detail
• Customer and results oriented
• Flexibility to operate in a matrix structure with a good level of business engagement experience
• Budget planning, tracking and reporting experience preferred
• Fluent English is a must + 1 additional WE language skill preferred
