Your Mission :
Within the SG EBS International Training Team, the Digital Learning Designer is responsible for the production of digital e-
learning modules for the Société Générale Group.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
Create, update, translate or transform from Flash to HTML5 digital learning modules (e-learnings) according to the requests sent by the Group's HR Departments;
Build skills on new pedagogical methods in order to cover the needs in a broader and differentiating way;
Be a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Learning modalities;

A little about You :
1-2 years experience in a similar domain;
You have graphic design tools experience (Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator).
Fluency in french and english;
Master market authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360).
Knowledge of SCORM standard is a must have;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);
Being able to work in project mode (respect of processes and operating modes, control of the progress of the project, know how to manage the validation steps) remotely (communication tool 2.0);
Know the key success factors of a device and the main risk factors asocieted with that device
Mastering the design process of a training;
Adapting storyboards, appropriating content, offering diverse educational activities and creating appropriate multimedia resources;
Choose the appropriate media types according to learning situations, according to the principles of UX design.
We also value :
Graphic design skills are considered a plus.
Knowledge about video authoring tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is considered an advantage
Good organizational skills, allowing to manage short production times and work on several projects simultaneously.
