Leads all the Franchise’s Sales & Marketing related activities, within the Country Pharma Organisation (CPO). Leads and inspires the CPO Franchise Sales & Marketing teams.
Is responsible for driving the Franchise Sales & Marketing strategy from development to implementation. Champions the development of a custom-er-centric organization throughout the CPO.
Contributes to the overall leadership of the CPO, as a member of the Pharma Executive Committee (PEC).
6 8 years operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product / brand management including customer facing / sales experience.
