The Inside Sales Representative is responsible forgenerating leads, identifying & qualifying prospects, advancing the salesprocess, closing new business, managing upsell in small accounts and achieving / assistingin the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

They will conductresearch using social media and other tools to identify leads and reachbusiness targets through telephone, email, webinar.

By taking 100% ownership ofbuilding and creating their own pipeline, they will be creative and implementactivities to contact new customers and generate new business whilst cultivatingqualified leads and managing the sales process for customers to uncover how HBScan solve their problems, then working with customers to define opportunitiesand convert to customer orders.

This role will be basedin Bucharest.

We are looking for a passionate andpersonable inside sales professional with a track record of achieving challengingsales targets.

We want you to give ityour best every day and act like you own the business personally owning yourresults. In addition, you should possessexcellent communication skills and have worked with sales management tools suchas

You will manage several small accounts withvarying needs and requirements, so you must be able to show an ability to thriveunder pressure and achieve sales quotas through persistent opportunity trackingand relevant research.

Candidates will need to demonstrate selling skills,analytical mindset and commercial understanding.


  • University degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Direct work experience in a telesales or field sales capacity
  • Native or Advanced English Language Level
  • Strong interest in technology and service sales (previous technology experience a plus)

  • Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams
  • Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective & existing internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Previous experience with CRM systems ( a plus
