We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media & SEM Specialist to join our global marketing team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and day-to-day management of Itiviti’s social media properties.
You’ll also be involved in our SEM marketing, helping to plan, implement and monitor paid search campaigns on Google.
You bring the social media passion and wizardry which will help Itiviti adopt and implement social media best practices across our social channels (paid and organic), with the ultimate goal to increase awareness, followers and engagement.
Additionally, you’re already familiar with SEM and the Google Ads platform, having worked with it directly or liaised with an agency, and highly motivated to learn more.
The successful candidate is an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a dedicated team player. You are a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for building online communities and connecting with current and future customers.
You will also be instrumental for engaging with our global teams and help them contribute effectively to our social media presence and community-building efforts.
This is a full-time position based in Cluj, London or Stockholm reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing of Itiviti Group, in Stockholm.
Build and execute a social media strategy, with primary focus on LinkedIn.
Run social media advertising on LinkedIn
Develop & execute SEM campaigns on Google
Formulate high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Monitor the Itiviti brand in social media.
Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Communicate with followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Manage and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Manage editorial calendar for Social Media, working closely with other stakeholders for content and digital asset production.
Collaborate with global teams (customer relations, sales, product development etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Monitor and report performance of Social Media and SEM campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements
Prepare monthly reports on social media & SEM marketing initiatives.
Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing & SEM strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of proven social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (corporate language, US English).
Excellent platform knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Experience working with paid advertising on LinkedIn
Knowledge in SEM (Google Ads), preferably hands-on experience or liaising with an agency / external partner.
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities, preferably including employee engagement.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of major marketing channels.
Ability to define and interpret KPIs and experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience of working with employee engagement is seen as an advantage.
Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage deadlines and priorities.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to problem-solve using your own initiative.
