Configuration of our pensions portal for both new and existing clients.
Providing second line support for the various systems used throughout the pension administration business.
Key responsibilities include :
Configuration of pension portal websites through our MasterKEY application.
Technical support of our pension portal websites.
Able to identify, organize and resolve tickets according to priority and within a pre-set deadline
Support of Pensions Administration software (MasterKEY)
Support of work management system (WMS)
To peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate.
Undertake and take responsibility for completion of assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
Previous experience with a call logging system
Fluent in written and verbal English language.
Experience of working with relational databases (SQL).
Experience of configuration using XML parameters.
Experience of working with IIS management desirable.
Experience of working for an English speaking company desirable.
Problem solving skills.
Attention to detail is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
