Responsible for technical architecture in the areas of Workforce Management, Provisioning / Orchestration, ticketing, system monitoring and other operational support systems.
Development of the overall technical architecture to support the current and future requirements to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall system eco system; Roadmap deliverable
Responsible for defining and monitoring system capacity and performance metrics; Ensure architecture stability and flexibility
Continuous architecture improvement process including cost analysis; Drive cost and system efficiencies
Assessment of new technologies and architectures; Conducting proof of concepts
Participation in vendor evaluations
Collaboration with Functional / Solution Architects to provide efficient use of the system architecture
Ensure tactical changes are in alignment with the technical roadmap as required
Collaborate with Functional / Solution Architects on the End to End high-level solution / design for CAPEX investment approval process as a key deliverable
Collaborates with the IT Delivery organizations on the Low-Level Design and participates in the sign off of the low-level design for overall technical architecture to meet quality, functional design, and nonfunctional requirements including sizing and performance.
Collaborate with commercial organization, IT Demand management, technical architecture, B2C & B2B Delivery, IT Delivery, IT Operations regarding the progress of the demand request and transition into the delivery organization
Bachelor level, Information Technology and / or comparable technical engineering degree
At least 5 years of experience in BSS / OSS systems in the telcom environment
Spanish Language is a great advantage
Experience with various BSS applications
Experience with various OSS applications (Workforce Management, Monitoring, Ticketing, Service Provisioning / Orchestration, Network Inventory)
Strong knowledge and experience of the End to End telco BSS / OSS stack
Strong middleware experience and knowledge
Proven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.
Demonstrable experience of working in a large telco in a complex operational environment collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong practical visionary skills in Operational Support Systems
Capability in developing practical technical architecture roadmap
Technical infrastructure covering cloud to on-premise based hardware systems
Performance analytics and metric development skills
Strong capability in managing and setting priorities
