Essential requirements :

University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

Experience in automotive or mechanical engineering;

Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances);

Advanced level Microsoft Office tools for Excel, Power Point;

Organized, results oriented mindset and excellent skills in communication;

Proficient English level.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Supports injector manufacturing and operation in the plant at a product engineering level, to achieve all project at agreed quality volume and cost targets;

Assists problem solving teams on customer complaints and undertakes comprehensive Root Cause Analysis;

Validation of engineering changes by supporting industrial trials at IASI plant, validation tests and releasing engineering reports based on performance data and product expertise analysis;

Identify any product and cost improvement opportunities.
