Key Responsibilities / 职位描述
1. 制定所属区域保养 / 布市 / 促销计划和具体方案 定期回顾与改进 配合公司销售目标 安排下属的工作 确保完成公司制订销售目标
2. 管理批发商 经销商相关工作(开拓 / 协调 / 培训 / 监督)
3. 评价下属业绩 协助下属解决问题 制定团队工作及发展目标
4. 按公司政策 规定和程序执行和监督各项行政操作(销售 / 市场 / 人事 / 财务 / 储运 / 行政等) 并协调与公司其他部门的关系
5. 不定期收集客户 / 市场 / 竞品信息 收集 监控假冒产品现状 将影响减少到最低
6. 拓展与开发新市场 新渠道 管理与控制销售费用 渠道费用 广告品费用 及时制定应对策略
Qualifications / 任职条件
1. 大专以上学历 有五年以上快速消费品行业销售经验 包括传统渠道 现代渠道和经销商管理 二年以上管理经验
2. 熟悉及有效分析公司及市场现状 能针对市场状况调控负责区域销售活动
3. 拥有专业的销售 / 谈判技巧 并能理解公司销售策略 为销售代表提供指导和培训
