PANALPINA ROMANIA islooking to hire in the position of a Regional Overland Back Office,Administration Europe Clerk.

Based inBucharest, this additional function is part of our recently openedShared Service Center who supports European Process&Procedureswithin Overland Department.

Purpose of theposition

  • Drive continuous improvement andenhancement of the overland transportprocesses
  • Keep special focus on managing andadherence of rules and guidelines of the overland transportguidelines and processes
  • KeyTasks

    Responsibility (always in accordancewith the instructions / guidelines from the Regional HeadOffice) :

    Working with Excel lists that containshipments with missing PODs

    Search for PODs inefile

    Contact ing vendorsvia email or phone to request missingPODs

    Close follow-up on started actions(immediate reminder if requested PODs aren’t sent bysub-contractors)

    Handling the complete billingprocess to customer, agents and internally for defined europeanBusiness Units.

    Decision MakingAuthority

    All competences to fulfill the tasksabove according to the guidelines from and in collaboration withthe Regional Head Office
