Monitoring shipments on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and forecast future shipments and potential urgent transport;Introducing in the ERP data regarding movements of materials;
Contacting the clients in case of dispute over service problems and analyzing their root cause;Completing administrative and transmitting invoices to the finance and accounting function;
Verifying and adjusting the requirements in the EDI and SAP systems;Ensuring compliance with the customers' specific requirements in terms of deliveries.
Requirements : At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service;Working experience with manufacturing companies;Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office software;
Advanced spoken and written English skills;Experience in using SAP system;Ability to find solutions and to work independently.
