The Partner Success Manager is responsible for leading the onboarding and enablement of Reseller Partners to ensure their time to proficiency and success in sales, delivery and support of Finastra’s software solutions.

The Partner Success Manager will leverage Partner data to track onboarding and enablement progress, and proactively engage with Partners to maintain momentum and course correct as required.

A critical relationship management role, the Partner Success Manager will build trusted relationship with key stakeholders within Finastra and the Partner organization to facilitate resolution of queries and issues, and ensure that pre-defined milestones and KPIs are met, and that Partners are successful.

Objectives : Manage the onboarding and enablement progress of assigned Reseller Partners Continuous engagement with assigned Reseller Partners to develop a deep understanding of their Finastra business and enablement needs Ensure Partners are meeting their business plan objectives Responsibilities & Deliverables : You will be onboarding and enabling Reseller Partners, including : Onboarding new Reseller Partners to Finastra FusionOrbit program, and ensuring they are leveraging Finastra’s processes and tools Facilitating successful completion of the Reseller Partner’s learning journey and required certifications Work cross-functionally to ensure a successful onboarding completion Building an effective and constructive relationship with the Partner to understand their enablement needs and proactively engaging with Partners to provide guidance and support Keep your Partner Portfolio up to date on the latest Finastra news Responding to queries and facilitating resolution of business related issues for existing Partners Leading Quarterly Business Reviews Monitor defined KPIs with the Partner Deliver critical information to the Partner Reseller team regarding progress and issues Required Skills and Experience : A strong verbal and written communicator capable of building trusted relationships both inside and outside the organization Ability to guide, lead and influence key stakeholders High sense of accountability and motivated to take initiative and ownership Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges Teammate with a natural proficiency for partnership across functions and organizations.

Results-oriented with a growth mindset in light of resource constraints, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals and to drive results Experience of working in a multi-country / multi-cultural environment.

High levels of energy, resilience and emotional intelligence Hardworking and passionate : it’s not just what you do but how you do it Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree 5+ years managing relationships Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce is a plus
