Customer Service Representative with Italian & French

Order handling :

  • Process coordinate & follow up closely orders in our ERP system (JDE) for products leaving our central warehouse, in close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse & Finance departments
  • Follow up on pricing issues in invoices, process credit & debit notes where necessary
  • Process & follow up of requests such as quotes, pricing, availability & order status using the in-house systems
  • Order entry in a correct & timely manner according to the established procedures
  • Inbound calls : handle calls regarding product availability, price and order status, technical information & any other request receiving from Sales force and Customers such as complaints, shipment problems, product information, etc
  • Outbound calls : follow up on specific campaigns, etc.
  • Follow up on sales leads, demonstration requests & other commercial or technical questions received via website or other.
  • Coordinate communication to distributors; Newsletters, Product info, Campaign, price increase, organization change etc. :
  • 1.Set up the letter in Italian or take template provided by Marketing or team leader

    2.Distribute to customers via e-mail

  • Update mailing list for the region responsible, set up business agreements & price lists
  • Following regular product training, you will be able to give (basic) technical advice to customers, and to make product recommendation based on customer needs
  • Requirements

  • Ability to handle orders in a timely and correct manner, to be organized and follow set priorities
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (internal sales function, or customer service environment)
  • Fluent Italian and French . Any additional language is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience & understanding the culture & country requirements.
  • Must be able to quickly learn and absorb new concepts, terms and vocabulary, work independently but act also as a team player
  • Approachable personality, service minded & conscientious
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
