What we're looking for
Our new colleague will be joining SSPO Service Desk in our activities as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all the requests and issues regarding the services that we operate.
What you'll be doing
Act as SPOC for the customers & partners regarding the requests for the services operated by SSPO;
Correlate the information available in different tools to correctly assess and classify the requests coming from the customers / partners / other entities;
Support the incident management process by interacting with all the involved parties in the investigation to understand the status of the problem and ensure its resolution in the agreed SLA;
Send recurrent notifications with the updates about the investigation for the ongoing critical incidents;
Ensure the correct tracking of the updates and perform continuous followup with the involved parties until the details of an issue / incident is understood;
Analyze historical data to identify recurrent incidents and treat them accordingly.
What you need to know / have
Effective communication skills;
Ability to easily interact with people and maintain the good relationship;
General knowledge of IT and Telecom in an operational environment;
Willingness to work in 8 hours shifts, covering the 24 / 7 support that we are providing to our customers;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken), French is considered a plus.
