Google for Education brings the power of Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Chromebooks, and AI to the classroom to empower teachers and students.
As an Education Sales Executive, you will focus on generating alignment on the power of our cloud based technologies to enhance education and to drive adoption of Chromebooks and their associated education upgrade licenses.
You will act as an EdTech thought leader and lead the execution on the field for our Spanish Education team in order to accelerate the business growth.
You will work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
In this role, you will lead business in the Google for Education division in Spain. You will work directly with customers, resellers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful business-aligned strategies at account and territory level.
You'll present, investigate fine details to solve issues affecting customers, while also cultivate relationships at all levels.
You will travel through the region, visiting key customers and presenting at education events.
Lead and implement complete go-to-market propositions in the education sector. Build and implement strategies to drive growth especially concentrating on expanding customer base.
Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
Work with wider Google teams to develop and drive pipeline and devise strategies to meet transformation goals for key customers, as well as working with Google for Education Partners to develop partner knowledge, and build a pipeline of customers.
Forecast quarterly and yearly business.
Collaborate with Google sales engineering, channel sales, and marketing resources, providing input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.
Achieve quarterly business growth goals.
Minimum qualifications :
Business development or sales or account management experience, with experience in sales, and experience in customer relationship management
Public sector sales experience in any vertical
Ability to speak and write in English and Polish fluently
Preferred qualifications :
Experience with developing go-to-market plans
Experience with the education sector and cloud technology sales
Demonstrated analytical and strategic abilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and the ability to build and execute on strategic plans over multiple quarters
Ability to isolate issues and gather necessary resources to meet customer needs
Ability to execute territory and channel in-depth analysis to inform strategy making
