Role responsibilities :
The Head of Tailored Solutions role is a hands-on leadership role that can be based in our Cluj office or remote. You would be leading our global, 24 / 7, customer-facing Tailored Solutions organisation that incorporates our Test Managers and their Team Leads and whose role is to assist our customers in improving their products by leveraging our global crowd of testers.
You are passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency, scalability is your watchword. You are constantly optimising, fixing issues and problem-solving.
The role would include :
Lead and manage the customer & crowd facing, 24 / 7, Tailored Solutions organization Operational excellence Process improvement Crisis management Customer relations Recruitment Support Organisational development Change management
Ensure we are hiring and training the right people in these teams
Define a long-term strategy that obtains wide buy-in to ensure the team achieve and exceeds its KPIs
Develop and optimise processes - Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to operate and grow
Be data driven and uncover key business insights and opportunities for engagement
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in a managerial position in the IT industry
Minimum 7 years of experience in an operational, project management, QA or similar role
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Data-driven decision making mentality
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Roll up your sleeves and get into the details approach
Experience creating and optimizing processes
Experience working on the operationsl side of a two-sided marketplace preferred
