As a business partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute to strengthen the growth of Mantu on an international level.
You will join the one of our hub to contribute to strengthening Mantus' growth on an international level. You will coordinate recruitment processes for our worldwide subsidiaries according to the business priorities, and define the recruitment strategy to reach your goals.
Talent Acquisition Strategy :
Implement a recruitment strategy to anticipate the client’s needs.
Improve Amaris' employment branding worldwide
Attract the best talents through social media
Responsible for the whole recruitment process
People and practices management :
Keep track of the best profiles according to the business forecast.
Build your Talent Acquisition team : hire, identify high performers and potentials for senior opportunities.
Implement the best recruitment practices and guidelines for your team
Undertake face-to-face or video interviews
Lead your team members towards high performance and go beyond expectations.
Follow-up and projects :
Active participation in the recruitment and business meetings
Weekly reporting of your activity
Participation in global Amaris projects and campaigns (Campus recruitment, digital visibility, HR development, social responsibility).
Ideal Profile :
You speak Native French and have great command of English minimum is needed as you will work closely with the internal business and recruitment department
You are bold, enthusiastic, and have an eye for detail
You have professional experience in full-cycle recruitment and people management
You are business-oriented, have good communication and leadership skills. You can adapt your workload to daily business fluctuations
