Your tasks :
Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct training programs and materials;
Provide a complete administration of training needs;
Participate in the selection process of training suppliers;
Ensure delivery of trainings at maximum efficiency;
Identify staffing training needs together with the department managers;
Recommend, develop and implement action plans for continuous development of the learning processes;
Coordinate the annual employee performance evaluation process;
Coordinate, motivate and guide the training team in order to achieve the training programs objectives;
Manage the internal communication and dissemination of information within the plant ;
Administers the General Information panel;
Coordinate the realization of internal newsletter;
Contribute to the organization of internal and external visits and host various events occurring in the plant;
Develop and prepare specific reports according to internal needs and requirements.
Your skills :
University (BS or Master) degree in Human resources or relevant field;
Minimum 3 year experience as a Training Coordinator or relevant leading role;
Minimum 3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops;
Good knowledge about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms;
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods;
Excellent time management skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Public speaking skills;
Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English language;
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
