  • Supports Customers, Sales Activities and Sales Engineers by preparing valves quotations, active follow-up, technical reviews, order entries, customer communication, maintain price lists / discount structures.
  • REPORTS TO : Sales Manager Final Control, South-East Europe SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issues valves quotations and follow-up them within the agreed Delegation of Authority (DoA)
  • Enters orders on a technical basis into the business process
  • Co-ordinates with Field Sales Engineer responsible and with manufacturing facilities in case of technical issues, lead-times and projects
  • Supports Customers by telephone, e-mail and other communication possibilities
  • Advises customers and Field Sales Engineers on technical solutions and benefits
  • Attends customer project reviews and product inspections (case by case)
  • Negotiates sales orders with customers within agreed delegation of authority
  • Travels occasionally to customers to support sales initiatives (as requested by Field Sales Engineers)
  • Supports / entertains customers for in house visits and seminars
  • Consult with other functions on issues like product specification and product adaptation to ensure that we provide the appropriated business and technical solution to the customer needs
  • Is responsible for screening and use of all relevant procedures related to Trade Compliance Policy
  • Ensure the correct usage of project pursuit and execution tools
  • Follow Emerson procedures and guidelines
  • Report on proposal activity & project potential via CRM
  • Adhere to Emerson Ethical values at all time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • University Degree in Engineering, qualified in Mechanical or Automation / technical related field or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in process automation related to Refining / Oil&Gas / F&B / Chemical applications
  • Independence, responsibility, creativity and dynamics at work
