Essential / Primary Responsibilities :

  • Communicates with relevant stakeholders and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the local management

  • Drive strategic meeting agendas, manage follow-up actions
  • Creates, manages, and controls documents, templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans
  • Conduct relevant research for internal leadership meetings and external conferences spanning various topics. Research on key trends including focusing on competition to identify the offerings, market moves.
  • Supports Manager in his / her internal commitments, related to internal and external commitments.
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of leadership team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action item.
  • Maintains and analyzes various reports utilized by management for operational use and for the planning / budget process
  • Assists on special projects with minimal supervision and usually with short turnaround times.
  • Minimum qualifications

  • University Graduate
  • PMO / Executive Assistant background
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights and recommended actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop presentations and whitepapers and to influence and work with partners, leaders, and peers
  • Experience working with a high degree of ambiguity and driving clarity in key areas
  • Experience partnering effectively with global, geographically dispersed, or ad-hoc teams
  • Experience in business, project management.
  • Experience in developing, writing, and presenting in executive-level meetings
  • Willingness to work in flexible office timings : morning, afternoon, or evening depending on business exigencies
