We are now looking for a Emergency Management responsible for preventing (or minimizing impact of unavoidable) reoccurring incidents, by investigating / selecting possible reoccurring incidents, classification of problems, working out and distribution of preventive actions, and tracking of those actions (or a subset of these activities).
During an emergency event Emergency Management, you will be responsible to lead a team of experts and drive them towards an effective recovery of the service during an emergency including clear and concise communication of e.
g. action plan to customer and other stakeholders.
You will :
Drive emergency recovery by leading and Facilitating the engaged team toward recovery of service in shortest possible lead times and best customer experience
Secure Proactive emergency handling being accountable for the successful handover of activities associated with on-going emergencies
Follow process, models & strategy and actively engage in improving Emergency Handling process and remote access tools
Drive knowledge transfer
Lead Performance Management by supporting the organization in ensuring and driving continuous / day-to-day improvements
Classify and handle problem information.
To be successful in the role you must have :
