The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience.
HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc.
Your role :
Within the HR governance, the remuneration & mobility officer is responsible for providing support to managers, assignees, and HR operational teams to facilitate global mobility within the organization.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following :
Provide immigration recommendations (visa, work, and residence permit) to managers and HR teams for their international hirings or intra group mobilities.
Provide recommendations in the following areas : international labor law, social security&medical coverage, and international taxes to be compliant with the home&host countries regulations.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors.
Handle mobility cases management through each step of our internal mobility process.
Coordinate the assignment setting up a close follow up with the assignee, the manager and HR teams; monitor and track assignee questions, policy exceptions and vendor service issues.
Provide operational support to internal departments dedicated to VIE (Volunteer for international experience) and internships schemes.
Provide cost projections to the managers using our internal simulation tools after working with HR home / host population;
Collaborate to improve our group processes, policies and tools.
Contribute to C&B group project (people review, compensation studies, recommendation of target salary based on internal equity and market data)
Ideal Candidate :
You have a Master’s Degree in International HR / Mobility
Fluent in French and English
You have at least a relevant 1st experience in International Mobility, ideally focused on international taxation or international labor law (posting / expatriation scheme, EU regulations, relocation)
You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging international environment
Strong business acumen & strong attention to detail
