Your job

  • End to end responsibility for the HRIS data entry and administering all data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status and other ad-hoc requests using Workday (our HRIS).
  • Prepare contracts and other HR documents for relevant positions
  • Arrange and maintain employee files and accounts
  • Creating statistics and evaluations
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process for new starters
  • Absence control- maintenance of absence and vacation accounts
  • Work hand in hand with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Recruitment on other topics as needed
  • Supporting Senior HR Admins with administration
  • Your profile

  • Work experience in HR Administration or an HR Generalist role (1-2 years of experience)
  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)- an advantage
  • Experience with SAGA payroll software
  • Knowledge about Romanian labor law is an advantage
  • Bachelor degree
  • Romanian on native level, English - high level, both in writing and speaking
  • A helpful, service-minded and friendly way of liaising with employees
  • Efficiency and accuracy in your administration
