NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Project Lead Digital Offerings for our growing team in Romania.
In this role you will be responsible to define and maintain processes and procedures, such as Standard Operation Procedure for delivery to deploy and operate tools standards for NTT DATA Services.
You will be working with Offering Leads and Nucleus Leads to make decisions regarding the tools standards and related processes and procedures required to deliver the Offerings.
As a Project Lead, you will be a solid leader, clear communicator and have the ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment.
You will provide thought leadership and oversight in the areas of business development and solution creation and are recognized as a subject matter expert for tools standardization.
The role is part of Enterprise Tooling team, whose main goal is to define and rationalize tooling architecture standards, per offering and cross offering.
Work with go to market and delivery teams to formally document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the NTT DATA Services tools standards program
Define to operate the tools and solutions (example shopping cart experience)
Create technical documentation that includes things like instruction manuals, user manuals, quick reference guides
Communicate them as clearly, accurately, and comprehensively as possible to their intended audience
Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
Coordinate implementation of required activities across multiple teams
Train various stakeholders on solutions
profound and longstanding experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, large complex transformation projects and operations management delivering strong business outcomes
Extensive experience in defining and implementing procedures to standardize tools, roles, and processes
Deep understanding of Project, Program, Agile methodologies and ability to teach and model them
Experience in modernizing and standardizing platforms, driving out cost, improving client satisfaction and improving overall quality
Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external communities, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and solution architects
Strategic agility and ability to deal with uncertainty and high levels of ambiguity
Expert analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
Relentless passion and persistence and a focus on meeting commitments
Personal time management and ability to complete long duration (8-10 weeks) individual assignments without daily supervision
