Service delivery :
Responsible to coordinate HR services delivery for 2 legal entities in 4 locations within Romania, providing Data Management, Payroll and Time Management standard processes.
Acts as disciplinary supervisor for the service delivery team;
Manages and delivers all operational services according to service level agreements;
Escalates unresolved issues as necessary in the organization;
Represents the HR Operations Organization internally and externally;
Manages capacity and capability of the service delivery team;
Ensures the customer oriented focus of the service delivery team;
Improves service quality and customer satisfaction;
Ensures high quality, efficient and effective delivery of all services in scope according to customer requirements, legal and statutory requirements and service level agreements.
Administrative expert :
Monitors and controls the implemented processes;
Responsible for all administrative activities in the area of responsibility;
Strategic partner :
Acts as central point of contact for specialist topics in case of issue escalation;
Designs processes related to the assigned specialist topic (incl. quality gates and checks) and ensures adherence to such;
Under the direction of the HR Operations Head, continuously improves performance, processes, people and customer relationships in full cooperation with related relevant stakeholders (e.
g. Country HR, Location HR, HR Business Partners, Global Process Family Owner, CoEs, HR IT);
Manages and reports on service performance to relevant stakeholders;
Communicates and ensures adherences to procedural guidelines and general conditions to secure an effective and efficient service delivery;
Continuously evaluates performance according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating Figures;
Summarizes and completes reporting within HR Operations and for HR Operations;
Publishes reporting results;
Knowledge of the Romanian labour law and the law related to the Employee Evidence Register;

End2End HR Process Know-how;
HR Applications Expertise;
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills;
Academic degree or comparable experience;
Several years of HR or related experience (experience as HR Manager preferable);
Successfully implemented HR project with an international focus preferable;
Experience in managing a team preferable.
