The Transition and BPI Manager is responsible for providing leadership, project management expertise and direction in all of phases of transition of the Business to ADP Romania and supporting the BPI programs development and delivery.
The Transition and BPI Manager will be liaising with various stakeholders, development teams and shared resources, will follow the project implementation methodology to guide the effective business solutions to meet stakeholder needs, will optimize the existing BPI learning tools and deliver training to BPI practitioners.
Create the project solution design together with the Business Unit Manager to start the project execution
Manages project delivery by creating and exceeding project baseline and managing risks & issues
Provide project status updates and reports to Stakeholders on a regular basis.
Facilitate meetings with Bucharest Team related to scope of work and the Business Unit Project Team to ensure all issues are reviewed, documented, and assessed to minimize impacts on the project timeline.
Lead a team in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project (or segment of a project) to hand-over to the Business Unit Manager
Manages scope, mitigate risk, and facilitate change management across multiple large-scale projects.
Creates and maintains the Project documents, including but not limited to the following deliverables : weekly meeting status reports, Recruitment Hiring Progress Report, Training and Nesting schedules, Project Action Plans, Project Risks, Project Assumptions, misc.
emails and Project inquiries.
Assists in defining and monitoring project status related to key project goals (Profile calibration, Recruiting, Defining Business Unit metrics, Training, IT and Facilities).
Ensure all transition deliverables are complete, on time and of high quality.
Schedule BPI trainings and events (Improve Academy, Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, BPI Day)
Facilitate BPI trainings and workshops, mentoring the BPI practitioners, monitoring the BPI projects (Improve Academy, Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, BPI Day)
Creates and maintains the BPI Program documents, including but not limited to the following deliverables : BPI Program announcement, BPI Facilitator presentations, BPI Projects status report and action plan, misc.
emails and BPI inquiries
Assess the BPI results on a quarterly basis and complete follow-up actions with the Operations Managers / Directors
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience in BPO Industry
Minimum 2 years' experience in Transition Management as a Lead in Transition efforts in CoE or 3 years' in leading a team
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Client management exposure is required
Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking).
Knowledge of PC applications including, but not limited, to Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Office 365
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
