Our colleagues in the Global Business Services Center team are looking for a new Senior Executive Assistant.

As were putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, well be looking at you to support the Regional Delivery Partner, Leadership team and the broader GBS organization.

In this role you will ensure that meetings and events are proactively managed including working with our European and Global organization in planning and coordinating meeting and events inclusion corporate, social and responsibility (CSR) events.


Providing a high level confidential executive assistance

Administering diaries and ensuring that meeting arrangements are fault free

Ensure ZBB policies are applied, and processing expenses as requested

Proactively planning all key internal meetings such as conference calls, meetings, internal business updates, business reviews and so on

Maintain and update business reviews, executive summaries and others

Manage GBS Regional Delivery Partners expenses, travel arrangements, bookings and other administrative tasks

Manage GBS visitors agendas, transfers and other arrangements that facilitate their stay in GBS Bucharest.

Manage Centre events, planning and organizing fault free diary arrangements and collaborating with the Facility Manager, Local HR or any other interested stakeholders, ensuring well organized events.

Proactively contribute to improving Leadership Meetings by ensuring meetings are on time and on topic

Backup for Centre Communications when required

Act in accordance with compliance requirements and policies as defined by the Company, under the supervision of law

Be part of the Business Continuity Plan core team

Ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required

Positive, energetic and proactive attitude, embracing change and promote an adequate image in the Centre.

Handle PO management accurately and timely


Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience in a related field (Masters Degree preferred)

Language skills- English Advanced (Required); Second Language (Preferred)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly advanced organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills

High Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Action focused

Professional and trustworthy behaviour, oriented on business environment

Capacity of handling and keeping confidential information

Business attire required due to the high-level interaction with stakeholders and top executives


Multinational industry work experience required

Experience of working in an English language environment
