Job Description :

NOC Specialists generally have standard operating procedures to follow when an incident occurs this may include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams in order to get things solved.

Job functions

  • Monitoring and testing the quality of voice routes on different destinations
  • Investigate the quality problems
  • Solving issues reported by our partners
  • Handling our Customer and prospect support via our ticketing system
  • Proactively informing customers of detected issue
  • Routing operation
  • Communicate with other departments in order to ensure correct problem resolutions
  • Implement and update provider's rates into the system
  • Requirements : What We Need

  • Freshly graduate but proactive, curious and hardworking;
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English
  • Proactive, selflearner, curious, team player
  • Ability and desire in handling customers with care
  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to think under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Information analysis & multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
  • A customer service oriented approach
  • Working in a computer environment; preffered people with technical education background
  • Experience is not required
