Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators);
Maintenance of various data aspects events, milestones etc.;
Monitors data accuracy reports;
Notifies third parties about data inconsistencies and ensures follow up until problem liquidation;
Update Schenker systems with relevant data provided by external sources or internal systems;
Ensures specific data maintenance in accordance with agreed SOPs. Desirable logistics background and experience in a similar role.
Evidence of a previous customer oriented role is a plus;Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing. Time-management skills;
High level of attention to details and accuracy;Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented;High level of proactivity and flexibility;
Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.). SharePoint basic knowledge;
