Customer Service Ice Cream Specialist plays a key role in administration of end-to-end faultless Order to Cash process flow for our Romanian customers (retailers).
In This Role, You Will Be responsible for the order to cash activities for the assigned customers (daily communication, orders, claims, invoicing, overdue, EDI process supervision).
Closely collaborate with all other Ice Cream departments directly and indirectly involved in order to cash flow. Ensure back-up for other colleagues in Customer Service team.
Help with any other task / project needed and assigned by line manager. Job Requirements : Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Fluency both in Romanian and English. Excellent MS Office skills are required, particularly Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details. Ability to transform data into action.
Business mind-set and thorough knowledge of customer needs. Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader.
Skilled in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel. Deep understanding and usage of SAP or any other similar tools is an advantage.
Role And Responsibilities Daily communication and actions on issues on orders / invoices. Receiving, generating, process orders in company systems (SAP / TeamApps).
Generating and sending invoices so that they are registered by the customer. Understanding and executing the Order2Cash process without error.
Managing correction requests from the customer (logistics, price, MRDR, shelf life) for orders and invoices. Validating the order upon agreed requirements (MOQ, delivery points, compliance with order-delivery planning).
Checking at order level the information about new listings, promo activities. Executing processes on time in compliance with customer standards in the Order2Cash process Creating credit notes correctly (quantity, value), with correct reason code input.
Checking that deliveries to the customer comply with the agreed schedule. Checking and managing undelivered and delayed orders to customers.
