Most of TS&A projects involve some form of assessment of current state (architecture, operating model, infrastructure, integrations, organizations) against desired performance levels or against declared vision / strategy (if defined) and identifying actions and their roadmap to achieve the declared targets.
In most cases this is related to some kind of enterprise transformation or dealing with legacy problems & complications in today’s digital world.
We are approached by the clients with trust in our ability to analyze, understand and chart the path forward in a way that can serve as foundation for client’s strategy or planning.
Often we leverage cross-industry and cross-geography experience or expertise to bring the most cutting edge insights and advisory to our clients.
Span of TS&A projects is from 2-3 months short term with great degree of exposure to different areas, clients & challenges to long term strategic relationships including e.
g. involvement in complex Client enterprise continuous advisory certainly interesting and diverse experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities :
Advisory for clients applying knowledge and experience with various architectures, architecture and integration patterns, platforms, applications / components
Preparation of architecture blueprints and strategic roadmaps.
Supporting architecture meetings, conducting requirements and mediating communication between different client units (business / IT)
Evaluation of IT Operational and delivery models, benchmarking and optimization
Participation on specific Technology Strategy and Advisory projects or complex Technology delivery projects
Support to create and maintain TS&A credentials & assets

We would like our applicants to have :
Experience with (and interest in) modern integration and application architectures, digital decoupling, agile / devops operating models, journey to cloud.
Wider knowledge and ability to compare different technologies / platforms, technology / integration pattern and implementation styles
Architect mindset as you will explore & analyze the issue and formulate viable solution / concept and be able to defend, explain its advantages as well as disadvantages in the client’s environment / situation.
Good communication skills and ability to articulate and also visualize architecture visions, apply previous experience and referential models, but also ideate and mediate design of new architecture patterns working on boarder between business and technology streams
Ideally engineering degree (but is not mandatory),
Experience with system design or architecture design (3+ years’ experience), technology transformations / replacements, experience with AWS, Azure of GCP offerings & services, ability to formulate hypotheses based on strategy, vision and business values.
Experience with different BSS / OSS / Integration platforms design and delivery cross industries (Platform certifications are advantage).
Good understanding of client business and the client’s industry (at least one industry experience with deeper understanding of common capability maps and architecture patterns used)
Understanding of the architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices
Good technical aptitude, knowledge and experience across application, information, technology, and process domains
Understanding of development and project management processes and methodologies including common roles, responsibilities, and key work products
University degree (ideally engineering degree, but is not mandatory)
Fluent Romanian and English language (spoken / written)
Flexibility for part-time travel is desired
