Constant research on all social networks and social groups for candidates
Using various resources for recruitment
Analyzing the resumes received from applicants
Maintaining an open communication and offering support through all the stages of the recruitment process with candidates
You will handle end to end selection process for various IT and Business Intelligence projects;
Assist in drafting job descriptions;
Conduct phone screening and interviews;
Perform active search through main recruiting channels and also identify new ones;
Maintain and update information regarding our candidates database;
Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job performed
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
English advanced level mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruiting (developers, technical support, designers, managers, marketers etc);
Experience and knowledge on social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics or Human Resources
Knowledge of HR processes
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, time management, written and verbal communication skills;
Open minded, flexible and resistant to stressful workload;
Creative and intuitive;
True passion for recruiting and information technology.
