Responsibilities

  • Processingorders / customerrequests for : Booking of Orders in the ERP system
  • Handlingcustomerrequestsandensureresolutiontocustomerrequests
  • Follow-up on pendingitemsandreporting
  • Offeringinformationtocustomers via e-mails / phone;
  • Updating ERP regardingclients, supplies, pricing;
  • Gatheringinformationfromlogisticspartnersandinformingcustomersregardingavailabilityanddeliveries;
  • Creatingorders (SOs) in the ERP system;
  • Offeringresolutions for internalupdatingrequests : credit / debit notes, reimbursements;
  • Building a relationwithclientsandsalesrepresentatives;
  • Checkingandsolvingpotentialissuesbetween client purchaseorders (PO) andsysteminformation;
  • Communicatingwiththewarehouseandforwardersandefficientlymanagethedeliveryprocesstoensurereturn of goodstothe final recipient
  • Preparingthe relevant documents for theorders (export, transport, customs)
  • Daily monitoring theassignedordersandcustomerrequests
  • Solvingissuesregardingdamagedgoods, shipmentdelayed, etc
  • Handlinganyissues, looking for solutionsalongwithallthepartiesinvolved
  • Raisinganyproblems, delays, inconsistencies
  • Handlingcomplaintsrelatedtologisticsandreturntransports
  • Proposingresolution for streamliningactivitiesandtaking part in projectstoimplementtheseideas

  • QualificationsMinimum qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of Norwegian, min C1
  • Accounting basic level knowledge.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
  • Work experience with and ERP system (advantage).
  • Encouraged qualifications

  • Personal culture and client management expertise.
  • High motivation and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
