2021 has been our most successful year to date; with new and exciting clients acquiring our services we are looking to further support our clients by hiring a Business Development Exec .

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to improve your digital skills as well as get hands on experience with developing and navigating relationships with some of the largest retailers in the world.

Our retailer partnership team, is at the very heart of our client success strategy, by developing relationships with our retail partners, the team helps to unlock sales-insights that enable our clients to get the most from their product purchase.

Comfortable talking to C-level personnel, they assist our brand-performance team in acquiring access to the performance data needed to analyse our brands digital funnel.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Great communicator, experience in communicating the value proposition of solutions and negotiating.
  • Time management, a good sense of urgency and management of a wider backlog of tasks.
  • Web Analytics familiar with ecommerce metrics, and in particular Google Analytics.
  • A basic understanding of affiliate marketing and the concept of Publishers and Merchants.
  • Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-solve. Headstrong and driven to solve solutions themselves.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • What will this role entail?

  • Get hands on with the latest analytical software.
  • Manipulate and present reports from excel and powerpoint.
  • Use CRM management tools to provide business overviews both internally and externally.
  • Discuss and assist clients and retailers to understand the ChannelSight solution and its benefits.
  • Promote the ChannelSight solution as an easy to use service that has a strategic USP in the digital space.
  • Provide clear communication and keep to the SLAs and KPIs that you are provided with.
  • Work alongside the brand performance team to support and provide best-in-class client service.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients, retailers & internal teams
  • Work with global clients to help them get the most from our solutions
