As HR Generalist you will contribute to a wide range of employee lifecycle touchpoints and related HR processes. With a high degree of autonomy, you will run HR services and act as key point of contact for employees, managers and HR services providers, mainly in relation to areas like employee relations, compensation & benefits, and recruitment.
Balanced functional knowledge, along with learning agility, curiosity, and an authentic drive to facilitate positive employee experiences, are key ingredients for success in this role.
Manage employee data in HR enterprise systems and deliver various regular or ad-hoc reports ;
Key point of contact for employee queries ; handle employment files and various documents, in liaison with the external HR admin provider;
Liaise with external payroll provider and internal finance function to complete the monthly payroll exercise and related matters;
Administer and contribute to the enhancement of employee benefits package;
Actively involved, with reports and insights, into all compensation processes (e.g. annual compensation review, salary surveys, job evaluation etc.)
Handle full-cycle recruitment projects for regular professional roles, occasionally in collaboration with recruitment agencies, from understanding job specification to running selection steps and ultimately onboarding;
Liaise with external health & safety provider and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of service and compliance with health & safety standards;
May be involved in various other people-related projects or workstreams, in direct connection with regional HR team and / or global HR Centers of Excellence or Operations teams.
Ideally two to five years of relevant HR hands-on experience covering as many areas of the generalist role;
Very good analytical skills and literacy in handling data and reports, using Excel and HR systems;
Great interpersonal skills ability to interact at various levels in a professional and positive manner;
Well-organized and able to deal with multiple priorities;
Effective communication, including advanced level of English (oral and written);
Curiosity and learning agility eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology;
Highest standards of ethics and discretion.
