The opportunity

The world is constantly living online, from shopping to entertainment and now, learning and working as well. Given this scenario, the realm of digital marketing is booming with online advertising and marketing efforts that use digital devices, platforms, mediums, data, and technology.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive EY’s local digital marketing strategy (content strategy, email marketing, social media etc.)
  • Plan and implement digital communication campaigns in line with the objectives set by our stakeholders in order to maximize our reach
  • Experience in project management activities, status reporting, planning and tracking activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Market research
  • Event management and planning (experience with webinars platforms is a plus)
  • Champion EY’s local and global marketing tools (social media, CRM, email marketing, CMS etc.)
  • Build and maintain website content (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)
  • Coordinate with regional teams to keep our content updated
  • Experience with data privacy (GDPR) in the context of digital marketing
  • Maintaining close relationships with our external stakeholders and developing partnerships opportunities to position EY as a leader in the professional services sector
  • Coordinate our digital agencies
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to manage digital media agency & advertising agency
  • Ability to forge relationships with digital media
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, quick learner
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems, and familiarity with marketing automation practices
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in content development and / or reporting, knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how-to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social media strategy to serve the company business objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows / Mac environment
  • Copywriting and copyediting
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
