Senior Talent Acquisition Partner- Romania

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Romania the successful candidate will be tasked with working with all levels of management across Inside Sales, Renewals, Marketing and Corporate vacancies in Bucharest to identify, attract, recruit and hire top talent. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process within and outside the Applicant Tracking System, and where necessary support the wider HR team on needs as they come up

RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Manage the talent acquisition process from source through to offer

•         Source candidates relevant to all open vacancies across assigned functions/roles

•         Partner with Hiring Manager’s and Senior Stakeholders advising on Talent Acquisition process, developing a recruitment strategy with client groups

•         Direct sourcing and management of applicants via the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods

•         Schedule all interviews whilst working closely with relevant hiring managers on availability

•         Real-time update of the applicant tracking system (Workday)

•         Provide weekly reports on progress and build intelligence of the market

•         Develop and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

•         Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions or success profiles


Qualifications

 REQUIREMENTS

·         Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquistion, ideally within a role covering recruitment of Sales

·         Strong collaborative and consultative approach- is able to work with hiring managers in a partnership, providing support and insights to support the hiring of the best candidates

·         Excellent experience in utilizing sourcing tools to help provide insights (LinkedIn, ATS data points, hiring plan reports etc)

·         Good Excel skills

·         Strong communication skills and experience of negotiating with different audiences

·         Experience in using various HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters and/or Workday a big plus)

·         Fluency in English is a mus
