What we are looking for :
Advanced level of German (C1).
Intermediate or advanced level of English (at least B1).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support.
What you will do :
Provide support via various channels of communication.
Find the best resolution taking into consideration the client's needs.
Help partners optimize their property listing.
Help travellers with information.
Most important of all, you need to make sure that the partners and travellers have the best customer experience available.
