We are Vitesco Technologies Engineering and our focus is a clean mobility and we have our engineers who are working on this.

But we, also, need you, now we want to develop a new Global HR Team who will give support to our worldwide colleagues.

Responsibilities :

Ensuring and controlling defined support processes;

Handles advanced incidents and change requests and provides feedback;

Acts as a Global Key User for assigned system / module;

System configuration based on functional requirements;

Coordinating all quality management activities;

Planning, controlling and participating in the implementation of functional integration and performance testing;

Further development of quality assurance and test methods;

Contact with external service providers (product management);

Central contact for HR IT;

Control of the global Key User Group;

Creating technical concepts and operation documentation;

User authorization;

Participating in global projects and support of projects during the rollout;

Preparing and performing Reviews;

Sustaining and enhancing continuous improvement and operations for our global eRecruiting processes in SuccessFactors system.

Qualifications

Academic degree in business administration, business informatics or any related field;

Notable experience in project execution under high pressure;

Several years of experience in HR fields;

Profound knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite;

Basic understanding of cloud computing and software as a service;

Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;

Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;

Fluent English language skills written and spoken;

Willingness to travel.
