Responsibilities :

  • Direct and manage any facilities emergencies & office space issues
  • Coordinate office and parking space allocation
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair programs on all building mechanical infrastructures
  • Update and maintain records to track maintenance and repairs
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
  • Report minor malfunctions in office equipment
  • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
  • Maintain and manage physical asset and storage site inventory
  • Report deficiencies and recommend areas for improvement to management
  • Establish, maintain and evolve facility management service levels and support models to preserve capital investments and maintain an appropriate workplace environment
  • Create, manage and control operating and capital budgets relative to building and premises repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Provide support to EHS responsible upon request and voluntarily to ensure that the workplace supports the health and safety of all employees and visitors and that all activities are in accordance with local law and code.
  • Assist with the coordination of purchases, installation, relocation, repair and / or storage of various types of equipment and furnishings;
  • maintain inventory of goods.

  • Assist with coordinating services to support events.
  • Assist with performing administrative and record keeping functions, including but not limited to keys, electronic access, equipment and supplies.
  • Requirements :

  • Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
  • Well-organized
  • Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
  • Comfortable with levels of ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience
