Microsoft is during a transformation of our business and culture, and our EMEA University Recruitment team are looking for a University Recruiter for the Western Europe region that can help us find campus talent to lead this transformation.

This role focuses on building the campus talent pipeline for our organization to help us compete to win in this new Microsoft Era and has the mandate of hiring the best talent in the apprentice, intern and graduate space!

Responsibilities

  • Campus Strategy -Create and delivera proactive, innovativecandidate sourcing strategyforFrance, attracting the highest quality candidates including online sourcing where required.
  • Campus Engagement Develop and implement campus engagement strategy which serves to tell the Microsoft Story on Campus;
  • design and deliverengagingcampusevents (both virtual and in person)that drive interest in Microsoftgraduate,apprenticeandinternroles.

  • Candidate tracking track, report and close on the highest quality candidates creating adiversepipeline of talent to fulfil Microsoft’s hiring needsusing our ATS.
  • Candidate experience deliver anexcellent candidate experience, both from a timing and quality in execution standpoint to enhance candidatesatisfaction.
  • Relationship Management develop visibility and build relationships witha range of university and NGOstakeholdersto successful implement campus engagement strategy.
  • Buildinternal partnershipswith businesschampsto enable story telling ability on campus.

  • Leveraging external market insights and data to influencehiringcampus campaign decisionsaligned to University Recruiting key metrics.
  • Data Insight sharing market insights with recruiting counterparts to enhance team’s ability to consult internally with the findings.
  • Operational Excellence follow the hiring process in our systems and tools, ensure full compliance with our processes and procedures and 100% systems and data accuracy.
  • Qualifications

    Talent acquisition experience recruiting, sourcing, university recruiting), HR experience, or industry experience related to roleAccount or program management experience in a similar environment.

    Experience in creating candidate pipelines with a proven track record of hiring success.Experience in delivering results through influencing indirect working groups with effective problem solving and analytical skills.

    Team player, highly responsive and customer focus orientated and strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to prioritize, contract effectively with clients and multi-task competing priorities / workload.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
