CHALLENGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Digital Advertisement Buyer, you are responsible for purchasing online and offline advertising campaigns in the assigned region, in order to recruit consumers to take part in our research communities.
You communicate with partners, handle the campaign negotiation process and actively source for new partners. You assist our project managers with the sourcing of new members for our research communities by analyzing the onboarding experience of new members into our projects.
You optimize the onboarding in order to achieve a better ROI of your campaign or to improve the quality of the recruitment.
Purchasing new profiles across the world to create new research communities via various (digital) marketing activities including : lead generation, publishing networks, influencer marketing, email marketing, display advertisement, social media, etc
Building and developing strategic relationships to improve bargaining power with our suppliers. Search for new partners or companies in order to enlarge and diversify the online traffic sources pool
Evaluate relationships with online partners based on Return on Investment, to ensure these relationships are profitable
Developing knowledge of online marketing, marketplaces, and E-publishers in the region in order to forecast new development opportunities, either through purchases or co-operation partnership
Measure, analyze and report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across the respondent recruitment marketing campaigns to provide actionable insight based on the findings.
Evolve KPIs and reports as business needs change. Implement and test new campaign tracking using the dedicated online marketing tracking system
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance on both micro and macro levels
Creating purchase orders for the contracted online advertising campaigns
General requirements & interests
Bachelor s degree
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Previous marketing experience is a plus
Proficient in English
Affinity with social media & market research
Logical mind and mathematical thinking
Advanced Excel skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Negotiation, sales, purchasing and account management experience required
