Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the existing content of all written materials used by the Support Department and creating new content as required, uploading them onto the systems / applications used by the Support Department.
  • Identifying and investigating any irregularities of content and / or written materials occurring within any system or application.
  • Monitoring the activities in the Templar (mailer) daily and raise any irregularities.
  • Creating new and maintaining / updating existing Oracle RightNow FAQ content, e-mail templates, pre-defined chat responses, and any other content to be uploaded onto system / applications as required.
  • Creating and maintaining Chat Bot flows and content.
  • Reviewing the relevance and functionality of all written materials and where appropriate, suggesting improvements and acting in an advisory capacity.
  • Reviewing website content / feedbacks (FAQs) and analyzing contact category reports monthly to identify / highlight gaps and recommend adding / amending content.
  • Providing administrative assistance to Support Project System Coordinator and Projects & Communications Manager .
  • All tasks must be carried out through all brands, languages, and regulated markets.
  • Technical Skills Required

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Dreamweaver.
  • Oracle Digital Assistance / Bot Backoffice.
  • Basic HTML.
  • Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow (FAQ, E-mail, and Chat Standard text) desirable .
  • BOSS (internal back-office system), Mailer System Administration - desirable .
  • Must have / Essential Skills

  • Native / near-native English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet, and / or e-commerce experience in Online content creation, monitoring, and management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office-based systems, with emphasis on online publishing, MS Word and Excel.
  • Analytical, logical, good mental reasoning skills, and articulate.
  • Previous online content creation / editing experience, preferably for an online retailer / e-commerce site.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize various tasks.
  • Good attention to detail, assertive, flexible, and creative.
  • Ability to give and take constructive criticism.
  • Independent thinker.
  • Customer centricity, able to understand customer’s perspective.
  • Nice to have / Desirable

  • Online gaming industry / Responsible gaming / Gambling regulation insight.
  • Web Editor, Bot Content / Flow Editor.
  • Basic HTML experience or higher.
  • Web-based programming skills.
  • Other languages.
