You will use recruitment databases, social networks, employee referrals and advertising to attract candidates for the company.
For candidate management you'll conduct screening interviews by telephone and administer tests or assessment centres for shortlisted candidates.
Once the successful candidate has been selected you will need to carry out pre-employment checks and manage the onboarding process - from initiating the offer to ensuring that the line manager has actioned the induction and onboarding locally.
This is key to ensuring our goal of maintaining candidate / line manager satisfaction.
As an International Recruiter you will also be responsible for trainee campaigns and managing supplier payments, as well as reporting and monitoring Recruitment Performance in our recruitment system (Taleo).

Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience to pressure
Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance, CRM experience desirable
Degree level qualification HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite.
Language skills : Fluent in English and at least medium German.
