Your Role

  • You will use recruitment databases, social networks, employee referrals and advertising to attract candidates for the company.
  • For candidate management you'll conduct screening interviews by telephone and administer tests or assessment centres for shortlisted candidates.

  • Once the successful candidate has been selected you will need to carry out pre-employment checks and manage the onboarding process - from initiating the offer to ensuring that the line manager has actioned the induction and onboarding locally.
  • This is key to ensuring our goal of maintaining candidate / line manager satisfaction.

  • As an International Recruiter you will also be responsible for trainee campaigns and managing supplier payments, as well as reporting and monitoring Recruitment Performance in our recruitment system (Taleo).
  • Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Good understanding of general business
  • Customer service and HR knowledgeThorough understanding of Recruitment Processes and systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience to pressure
  • Experience of large scale HR systems, ERP or complex database maintenance, CRM experience desirable
  • Degree level qualification HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite.
  • Language skills : Fluent in English and at least medium German.
