HR Performance is recruiting for one of its clients a dedicated campaign manager.
We are looking for entry level sales and marketing candidates we can develop into campaign marketing managers for our business.
Selected individuals must be hardworking, confident, determined to succeed, and able to bring a ton of energy into our fast paced environment.
As a dedicated campaign manager your role is to deliver the marketing plan in the successful way.
develop and execute mail campaigns;
work closely with the content writers in order to ensure unified messages are received through each campaign;
Developing relationships with new and existing clients;
Taking care of new client acquisition and client retention;
Ensuring clients' demands are satisfied;
Answering clients' questions and conducting follow-up tasks;
Developing and maintaining a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization;
Managing and providing assistance in maintaining accounts of strategic clients;
manage and maintain lead generation efforts to support sales process.
Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills;
Energetic, innovative, and flexible personality;
Detail oriented and self-motivated;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision; also can be an effective team member;
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Previous experience in marketing / direct marketing, media, agency environment would be beneficial;
Graduate in marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience;
Advanced knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
